Why not have a coachman driven tour of historic Halifax. Setting off from the stables high above the town, see the horses getting ready for the tour. Watch the horses put to the carriage.
Up to 6 people set off down the road to Halifax the panoramic view looking over the whole of the town is breath taking. Reaching Halifax itself we travel through the centre of the town passing superb Victorian buildings out of town onto Saville Park and round Albert promenade. It is a very unusual promenade, looking over the Calder Valley "what a view".
Returning across Saville Park, down through another part of the town to Piece Hall, one of only 2 remaining in this country. Here you have time to look round the shops in what could be a Italian Piazza, then climbing back up to the stables.
